Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The item is no longer available
• There is an error in the product description or pricing
• We suspect fraudulent activity

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia only. International shipping is coming soon. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot reship or refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bloodrush.net with your order number and photos and we will resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, graphics, product images, and text is the property of Bloodrush and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

User-generated content you submit (like reviews or photos) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for promotional purposes.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Measurements are approximate. If a product does not match its description in a material way, contact us for a resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodrush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pristina, Kosovo.
