Orders within Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International shipping across Europe takes 5–10 business days depending on destination.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@bloodrush.net with your order number and photos.

Our pieces run true to size unless listed as "oversized." Check the size guide for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit. All measurements are listed in inches on the size guide.

Most items are limited and not restocked. Occasionally we'll do a small restock. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified first. Some core pieces (like staple tees) are restocked seasonally.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at info@bloodrush.net if you need to make a change.

Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Never bleach. For heavyweight hoodies, we recommend air drying to maintain shape and prevent shrinkage. Care instructions are printed on every garment label.
